This policy explains what information ActiveRepricer collects, how it's used and shared, and the choices you have. ActiveRepricer is a repricing service for businesses that sell on Amazon and Walmart. It's developed and operated by Cherry Group, Inc. ("Cherry Group", "we", "us"), based in Ohio, United States.
ActiveRepricer is a business-to-business service. It isn't intended for consumers or for anyone under 18.
Information we collect

Information we don't collect
- Buyers' names, street addresses, email addresses or phone numbers. The only buyer location we keep is the ship-to state and ZIP code on orders.
- Payment card details.
- Advertising or analytics tracking. The ActiveRepricer website has no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking scripts.
How we use information
- To provide the service: import your listings, orders, fees and costs; calculate prices from your rules; submit price changes to the marketplaces; send you price-change summaries, reports and alerts.
- To keep the service secure and working: sign-in, monitoring, troubleshooting and investigating misuse.
- To support you and manage your account.
We don't sell your information, use it for advertising, or share one customer's data with another customer. Information obtained from Amazon and Walmart is used only to provide ActiveRepricer to you, in line with those marketplaces' developer policies.
How we share information
- With the marketplaces, on your instruction. Price changes and API requests go to Amazon and Walmart for the seller accounts you've connected.
- With service providers who run parts of the service for us: hosting, email delivery, and the Amazon Web Services queue that receives Amazon's offer notifications. They may use the information only to provide those services to us.
- When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, the public or Cherry Group.
- If the business changes hands. If ActiveRepricer is transferred to another company, your information moves with it, and this policy continues to apply until you're told of any change.
Cookies
The ActiveRepricer website sets one session cookie that keeps you signed in. It's deleted when you close your browser, and the session ends after a period of inactivity. Our hosting may add a technical cookie that keeps your visit on the same server. We don't use analytics, advertising or third-party cookies. This website, cherrygroupinc.com, sets no cookies.
Where information is stored
Information is stored and processed in the United States.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as we need it to provide the service. When you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we delete it, except for anything the law requires us to keep. Copies in backups are removed when those backups expire.
Security
- Connections to the website and to the marketplaces' APIs are encrypted in transit.
- Access to the systems that hold your data is limited to authorized personnel.
- Each customer's data is kept separate, and every request is limited to the signed-in customer's own data.
If we learn of a security incident that affects your information, we'll notify you promptly, and we'll notify the marketplaces as their policies require.
Your choices
- See and correct your information on the ActiveRepricer website, and export your price-change history, sales and reports.
- Disconnect a marketplace at any time. You can also revoke ActiveRepricer's access to your Amazon account in Seller Central.
- Ask for a copy or for deletion of your information by emailing activerepricer@cherrygroupinc.com. We'll confirm your request and respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when our practices change, and change the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we'll tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
